First Sundays from 12pm - 1pm. Participate in monthly peace vigils along Ten Mile Road in front of the church. This will not be a protest against anything, but rather done in a totally positive manner, expressing a desire for Peace. We will hold signs, pray for peace, and sing songs of peace. You may provide signs if you wish that state "Peace" or "Pray for Peace", but providing a sign is not required. If you can not attend every month, you may still participate when you can. The mentor Ministry is to encourage, uplift, and support all in the things of God. We have Mentors selected for those who are interested. Each week your Mentor would call you and encourage you in your walk. You have some one who will pray for you needs, answer your questions, fellowship with you at least once a month. The prupose of the Mentor Ministry is to disciple you so that you may grow in Christ and disciple others.

This group meets to work in the church gardens every evening anytime after 6:30 p.m. until dark, starting in April (weather permitting) and continue through October (weather permitting). They maintain the flower beds and planters. Everyone is invited. Come for an hour, come for several hours. Garden tours are also scheduled for this summer.
